AP Goldshield LLC and Eurosteam, Inc. Announce the release of their new “Bio-Vapor” Steam Cleaning System
Feb 4, 2010. El Paso, Texas: John White President of Eurosteam (www.eurosteam.com), and Tom Higgins, President of AP Goldshield LLC (www.goldshieldtech.com), announced today the release of a newly developed steam cleaning and dispensing system, which will not only clean, but will release the Goldshield® antimicrobial all in one operation.
Goldshield® is a patented, water-stabilized antimicrobial formula invented by Emory University Atlanta, GA, which when applied to surfaces or textiles forms a covalent bond, and will not leach off the substrates it is applied to, which results in the unique characteristic of long term residual protection. Unlike traditional cleaning and disinfecting agents which deactivate within an hour and a half, Goldshield® remains effective for weeks and months with one application.
Eurosteam is a provider of steam systems and products, and has designed a machine, #4500, which will dispense heat vapor and the Goldshield® antimicrobial in one operation without damaging the effectiveness of the antimicrobial.
The advantages to this all-in-one system is that steam as the penultimate in sterilization and in cleaning, will remove dirt, grime, old chemicals, destroy certain organisms, and will preserve water consumption, while releasing the antimicrobial, which will bond to those surfaces inhibiting the growth of harmful organisms through its unusual killing functionality.
